Construction quality in Gurgaon projects is a huge gamble for investors, honestly. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a villa. Looking at Signature Global City Phase 1, but long-term maintenance aur resale value ka tension hai. Kya Signature Global ki build quality really holds up? Ya phir after a year, cracks aur seepage issues start ho jaate hain, affecting tenant attraction? Also, clubhouse jaisi amenities, are they actually used everyday ya sirf brochure mein achhi lagti hain? Is the premium for these amenities justified agar wo ghost facilities hi hain? Haan yaar, cracks aur seepage toh common hai. Mera friend ka flat hai, 2 saal mein hi plaster ukhadne laga. Amenities bhi
Totally agree with you, OP. Gurgaon mein construction quality toh lottery jaisa hai. Signature Global ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai, especially after hearing stories from friends who bought in their other projects near Badshahpur. Always some issue after possession. Maintenance ka toh pocho hi mat, they cut corners. Isliye tension toh banti hai.
