What's the real scene with construction quality after a year or two in Gurgaon projects? Yaar, I work in real estate, I see all the marketing, but khud ke liye buy karna is totally different. I'm checking out Signature Global Orchard Avenue 3. Brochures look great, but I know what builders don't tell you. Is the actual build quality solid, or will I see cracks, seepage, ya fitting issues within a year? Also, what about maintenance charges there? They always look reasonable initially, but post-possession, does the service quality actually match the high charges? Matlab, is it value for money, or just a black hole? Need genuine, off-the-record opinions. Don't want any surprises after moving in.
