Since last year we've been hunting for a 3BHK, kids are growing up fast. Signature Global Synera dekh rahe the, but honestly, I'm worried about the actual amenities. Builder show toh sab karte hain, but kya clubhouse, gym, swimming pool actually use hote hain? Ya fir bas ek showpiece ban jaate hain maintenance charges badhane ke liye? Aur children's play area ka kya haal hai, safe aur clean hai ya bas naam ke liye? Maintenance fees kitni reasonable hain for the service quality? Any parents living there, please share your real experience.

It seems like a mixed bag then. No project is perfect, I guess. The price range (₹42 L – ₹70 L) is attractive for a completed project, but the maintenance part is always tricky. I'm still confused if Synera is the right fit for my family. Maybe I should check out some other options near Baharampur Naya too.

I visited a friend there last month. The community vibe is actually quite good, lots of young families. Kids were playing everywhere. Security at the main gate was strict, which is a plus. But I agree with the previous comment, inside the complex, especially near the play area, it's more about parents keeping an eye. The pool area had a lifeguard, but again, during peak hours, it gets hectic. For a project completed in 2019 with 824 units, it's pretty well-settled now.
Haan, kids easily make friends. Bohot families rehti hain wahan, so it's quite lively for children.

Swimming pool clean rehta hai mostly, but peak summers mein crowd bahut hota hai. Children's play area is decent, fenced hai, so kids are relatively safe, but cleanliness can be an issue sometimes, especially after heavy rains. Maintenance fees are around ₹3-4 per sq ft, which is okay for Gurgaon, but service quality fluctuates.
Exactly! Fluctuation is the issue. My current society in Badshahpur has similar charges, but the service is consistent. For ₹42 L – ₹70 L price range, you expect consistency, especially with the market being so competitive right now in Gurgaon.

Synera ka possession toh 2019 mein ho gaya tha (March 1, 2019, as per RERA 10 details), but I've heard stories about initial maintenance issues. Amenities dikhane ko toh sab mein hoti hain, but if they're not well-maintained, they're useless. Especially for kids, a safe and clean play area is non-negotiable. My cousin lives near Airport Road and faced similar issues with another builder.

Woh fancy pictures dikhate hain, but maintenance ke naam pe bas loot-paat. Koi batao toh sahi, swimming pool aur gym ka kya haal hai wahan?
