Gurgaon family home: community input on M3M/Godrej projects?

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 65 and Dwarka Expressway. We're upgrading to a 3BHK for the kids, need a safe neighborhood. Visited M3M and Godrej projects. M3M's amenities look amazing, but what's the actual construction quality like? Heard some stories about finishing issues later. Godrej feels more reliable, but is society maintenance good a few years down the line? Also, what's the investor vs resident ratio like in these areas, especially along Dwarka Expressway? Want a real community feel.
