Gurgaon first-time buyers: How did you shortlist your dream home?
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Ghar kharidna hai Gurgaon mein, first time buyer hoon. Pehle toh laga bas budget dekho aur builder choose kar lo. But yaar, Sector 54 mein ST. PATRICKS REALITY PVT. LTD. ke projects dekhe, aur ab dimag kharab ho gaya hai ki kaise short-list karein. So many options, sabhi acha bolte hain. Site visits pe bhi, they just show the fancy stuff. Kya kya questions puchhne chahiye jo wo khud nahi batayenge? Matlab, water pressure se leke maintenance charges tak, sab miss ho jata hai. Meri parents bhi bol rahe hain jaldi mat karo, but I'm getting FOMO. How did you guys narrow down your options? Any specific things to look for during the first few visits? Koi checklist hai kya?

Bhai, totally feel you! Mera bhi same haal tha jab Gurgaon mein ghar dekh raha tha. ST. PATRICKS REALITY PVT. LTD. ka naam suna hai, but reviews mixed hain. Sabse pehle, location aur connectivity dekho, phir builder ka RERA track record. Sirf fancy stuff mat dekho, site pe jaake neighbour se baat karne ki koshish karo.
ST. PATRICKS se bach ke rehna. Mere friend ka phase 1 project abhi tak delay hai.
