Selling our big house is taking longer than expected, but I'm still trying to figure out where to move in Gurgaon. The kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place anymore. We're looking at something compact, maybe a 3BHK. I saw M3M Antalya Hills 3, looks good on paper. But honestly, I'm worried about construction quality. Friends told me about cracks and seepage appearing after a year in other projects. Also, what are the maintenance charges like? Is it value for money, or do they just charge a bomb for minimal service? Want something manageable.
