Chahiye kuch manageable, maybe Leisure Valley ke paas. I'm looking at a compact flat, but yeh 'all-in cost' ka scene bada tricky hai. Builders like Lion Infra Developers LLP quote one price, phir stamp duty, PLC, parking, interiors, aur yeh high maintenance... bohot add ho jaata hai. How do you guys factor in all these hidden charges aur recurring expenses *before* committing? Doesn't want any surprises after resale of our existing property. Koi hack hai kya to get a full breakdown upfront?
