Gurgaon flat upgrade: Maintenance charges and kids' green space dilemma?

Maintenance charges in Gurgaon are becoming a big headache, especially with kids. We're upgrading from our 2BHK for a 3BHK, kids ke school admission bhi dekhna hai. Visited Emperium Titan, the green areas looked good in brochure but site pe thoda artificial laga. My main worry is, what are the actual maintenance costs once you move in? Builder kuch aur bolta hai, but real mein residents kaise handle karte ho? Also, are those green spaces genuinely used by kids, ya sirf dikhaane ke liye hain? For a family, ye sab bahut matter karta hai, honestly not sure.
