I'm so fed up of renting; landlord ne rent badha diya phir se, so finally taking the plunge. Looking at a 3BHK in Sector 112, maybe Elan Group Builders. Mera budget ₹1.6-2.5 Cr tak hai. But yaar, yeh all-in cost ka kya scene hai? Builders initial price mein toh sirf basic batate hain. Kya hidden charges, like PLC ya OC ke time pe kuch aur aata hai? I'm honestly not sure if even the broker gives a full picture. People say maintenance charges bhi high hote hain. How do you get a clear picture of total expense before signing anything? Koi actual experience share kar sakta hai?

Totally feel you on the renting frustration! Mera bhi yahi haal hai. Sector 112 is good, but Elan ka naam sunke thoda darr lagta hai. Hidden charges are a real nightmare, they always spring something new on you. Even brokers hide things to close the deal. I'm also looking for similar advice on how to get a transparent deal.
