Gurgaon green spaces: Brochure vs. on-ground reality

Been in this real estate game for years, but buying my own place in Gurgaon is a whole different stress. I'm checking out DLF The Aralias. Builders always show amazing green spaces in brochures, but what's the actual ground reality? Matlab, is it really usable open area for families ya sirf dikhane ke liye? Are the landscaping and green cover well-maintained long-term? I'm worried about maintenance charges not matching actual service for these areas. Kisi ka direct experience hai Aralias ke green spaces se? Does it feel genuinely open or just aesthetics?
