Bhai, Brahma City M Block ka site visit toh kar liya, par Corona Group ka naam sunke thoda darr lag raha hai. Kya koi bata sakta hai RERA registration kaise check karte hain, especially for builders like them? Aur agreement mein kya red flags dekhne chahiye? Agar delay karein toh kya legal options hain? RERA sach mein kaam karta hai kya Gurgaon mein?

Haan yaar, same situation! Main bhi Bohot nervous hoon. Corona Group ka naam to suna hai but koi projects dikhte nahi. Maine RERA website pe check kiya, inke naam se 'Total projects: 0' aa raha hai. Yeh bahut bada red flag nahi hai kya?
