Totally agree, bhai! Dwarka Expressway has been 'almost complete' for what feels like an eternity. I was looking at flats near Sector 102 a couple of years back, thinking it would be a golden opportunity. Abhi bhi traffic jams wahi ke wahi hain, aur promises bas promises hi reh jaati hain.
