Okay I'll be honest — I'm feeling a bit lost trying to figure out Gurgaon real estate right now. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 82, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa, maybe around Mohammadpur Gujar or near the Dwarka Expressway. My budget is around ₹2.5 Cr. With all the infrastructure projects like Dwarka Expressway finishing soon and Global City coming up, I'm wondering which areas will actually see the best price appreciation. Is it worth paying a premium now for locations closer to these upcoming infra corridors, ya should I wait? Kya abhi bhi koi affordable options bache hain near these areas that could give good ROI? Not sure if the price jump is justified or just hype. Any experiences, especially with builders like M3M or Godrej along Dwarka Expressway? What's the real ground reality?

Yaar, same pinch! Main bhi Dwarka Expressway ke paas hi dekh raha hoon. Global City ka buzz toh zabardast hai. Lagta hai abhi nahi liya toh baad mein aur mehenga ho jayega. But 2.5 Cr mein 3BHK ya villa milna mushkil hai acchi location pe, prices already sky-high hain.
