Infrastructure delays are still the biggest risk, even for seasoned pros like me. I work in real estate, but buying for myself in Gurgaon is a different ballgame. Dwarka Expressway ka hype toh hai, but is it driving *equal* appreciation everywhere, especially in sectors like 102-113? Or is it mostly done for high-end projects? Also, Global City ke aas-paas ke areas, like maybe Sectors 82-84, kitna benefit honge? Ya woh bhi long-term speculation hai? Builders timelines kaafi inflate karte hain. Any hidden gems for a 2BHK around 1.5 Cr still near these upcoming infra corridors? Hope this helps someone else too.
