Sector 77 — kids moved out, so I'm eyeing a smaller flat. Dwarka Expressway completion ka kya scene hai? Iska Sector 77 pe kya real impact hoga? Delays toh nahi honge?

Bhai, Dwarka Expressway? Uska toh construction 15 saal se chal raha hai. Sector 77 pe impact tab hoga jab actually poora banega. Mujhe toh lagta hai aur delays honge, ye government aur builders ka purana game hai. Pata nahi kab tak wait karna padega.

Totally agree with you! Mera bhi experience same hai. Builders ka toh bas ek hi agenda hota hai - delay, delay, delay. Meri toh hope hi chali gayi hai.
