Honestly, even working in real estate, buying my own place in Gurgaon is different. I'm weighing infra impact on prices. Dwarka Expressway almost done, kya Sectors 102-113 mein abhi bhi entry point hai? Or Global City near Sectors 82-84? Ya Sohna Road due to SPR Extension? Where's the best appreciation now?
