Dwarka Expressway sectors — I've been tracking areas like 102-113 for a while now. My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK, but I'm worried about the infra completion timeline. The data shows prices jumped after SPR completion, but Dwarka is taking forever. Is this 'imminent completion' for real this time, ya fir builder marketing hai? Yaar, I've been hearing 'imminent completion' for Dwarka Expressway since 2018! My cousin booked a flat in Sector 109 back then, thinking it would be a goldmine. Abhi tak possession nahi mila hai, aur infra toh half-baked lagta hai. Global City ka hype toh theek hai, but connectivity jab tak smooth nahi hoti, ROI kaise badhega?
