Kya yeh log time pe deliver karte hain? Main toh site visit bhi nahi kar sakta. Aur is project ka resale market kaisa hai, will it be liquid? RERA compliance bhi check karna hai, being remote, legal clarity bahut important hai. Any experiences, please share.

They can verify RERA, conduct site visits, check construction progress, and even speak to existing buyers in AIPL's other projects. Don't rely solely on online information. The resale market will be liquid only if the project is delivered on time and construction quality is good. Remote investment mein double caution zaroori hai.
Gurgaon mein invest karna hai toh location bahut matter karti hai. AIPL Rhythm Residences 2 Airport Road (Gurgaon side) ke paas hai shayad, right? Us area mein kaafi new projects aa rahe hain, competition high hai. Resale market ke liye proximity to commercial hubs and connectivity bahut crucial hai. Current market conditions mein, buyers bahut choosy ho gaye hain, toh agar project late hua toh exit karna mushkil ho sakta hai. Badshahpur side mein bhi kaafi development ho raha hai but wahan bhi delivery delays common hain.
Airport Road pe prices kaafi high hain, but appreciation ab thodi moderate ho gayi hai compared to a few years back. Naye projects ki supply bahut zyada hai. Investors ab thoda cautious ho gaye hain, especially with projects jinke builder ka track record doubtful ho. It's not a 'buy anything and it will appreciate' market anymore. Due diligence is key.

RERA compliance check kaise karte hain remote se? Koi online portal hai jahan saari details mil jaayen? Legal clarity bahut important hai, especially for us NRIs.
RERA website pe check karna toh mandatory hai. But sirf RERA registration hona guarantee nahi hai ki time pe deliver hoga. Builders find ways around penalties. My advice: check for past RERA complaints against the builder also.
Haan bilkul, RERA ki official website hoti hai har state ki. Haryana RERA ki website par jaake project details search kar sakte ho. Wahan builder ka registration, project ka status, approved plans, aur jo bhi documents unhone submit kiye hain, sab mil jaayega. Registration number daaloge toh saari info aa jaayegi. It's the first step for due diligence.
Totally agree with you on AIPL's delays. Mera ek friend AIPL Joy Street mein invest kiya tha, usko bhi promised date se 1.5 saal baad possession mila. Rhythm Residences 2 ka toh sunke hi darr lag raha hai. Remote investment mein ye sab aur bada risk ban jaata hai. Builder ki reputation check karna sabse important hai.

Especially agar aap Dubai se invest kar rahe ho, site visit nahi kar sakte, toh bahut careful rehna padega. Maine suna hai inke kuch projects mein possession dates do-teen baar extend hui hain. Resale market Gurugram mein abhi thoda slow hai, especially for new projects jo delivery mein late ho rahe hain. Liquidity bhi ek concern hai.
