Managing property in Gurgaon from Dubai is proving impossible, honestly. I'm looking at a 3BHK in Sector 65, M3M project, around ₹3.5 Cr. Matlab, how do you even do proper due diligence from so far? Can't do a site inspection myself, so relying on brokers. Is it really safe to give power of attorney to anyone for legal stuff, ya phir koi scam ho sakta hai? Rental yield ka bhi tension hai, jo numbers dikhaate hain, are they real after all expenses? Need help finding a trustworthy property manager for NRI. Any experiences with this?

₹3.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sec 65? M3M ka track record toh mixed suna hai. NRI ho toh aur careful rehna padega, bhai. PoA toh bilkul mat dena easily, bahut risk hota hai. Pehle builder ka background check kar lo acche se.
