Bhai, new projects mein negotiation ka scope bahut kam hota hai, especially in prime areas like Sector 38. Builders hardly budge. Hidden costs? Maintenance, club membership, PLC charges, car parking... list lambi hai. Secondary market mein shayad thoda space mil jaye, but wahan bhi due diligence bohot zaroori hai. NRI hone se aur mushkil ho sakti hai remote deal finalise karne mein.
