Gurgaon investor: Finding true value in secondary market and floor-rise?
My POA setup for Gurgaon is almost done. From Dubai, I'm eyeing Sector 41. Do secondary market deals, even for HCBS projects, offer better negotiation than new launches? Are floor-rise premiums worth it?
