Gurgaon investors: Are pre-launch deals even real savings?

Pre-launch pricing is often a complete scam, not a real discount. I'm based in Dubai, looking at Bestech in Sector 88A. Are those construction-linked payment plans truly smarter for an investor? Or are we just funding their project? It feels like we're always paying extra later. Change my mind.

Totally agree with U1. Builder delays kill CLPs. My friend got stuck with a project near Badshahpur where the pre-launch price was barely cheaper
