Bhai, Orris projects ki baat kar rahe ho toh, mere experience mein pre-launch discounts are mostly marketing gimmicks. Paper pe bada discount dikhta hai, but by the time possession comes, the actual market value doesn't justify the wait or the initial 'savings'. Ultimately, negligible hi difference aata hai.
Haan, but I know some people who got really good deals in pre-launch, especially for projects near Basai. I think it depends a lot on the builder's reputation and how early you get in. Orris ka track record mixed hai na?
Totally agree yaar! Builder bas hype create karte hain. Real discount hardly ever materializes.
