My lease ends in 3 months and I'm seriously fed up of renting. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge, looking for a 2BHK in Gurgaon, maybe South City II ya even something from Diplomats Group. Budget is around ₹1.5 Cr. I'm trying to figure out if going direct to the builder is always better for an investor, or do brokers sometimes get spot discounts jo humein nahi milte? Kya secondary market mein brokers zyada negotiate karwa sakte hain? Need advice on broker vs direct builder deals.
