Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. I work in real estate but buying for myself in Gurgaon's different. For Vipul Orchid Square, I'm wondering about actual green areas. Do buyers/tenants really value genuine open space vs cramped towers, or is it just marketing? Are maintenance charges actually translating to good landscaping upkeep? Does that affect investor ROI?

Exactly! Even for resale, ₹3.5 Cr to ₹11.5 Cr is a lot for a first-timer. Green space is secondary when your EMI is this high. Kya fayda agar green space hai but budget out of reach?
