Gurgaon investors — real price correction is happening?

Sector 29 mein property prices ko lekar sab bolte hain ki upar hi jaayenge. But honestly, I'm seeing kuch areas mein price correction ho raha hai. Brokers toh hawa banate rehte hain ki 'last chance hai, booking karlo'. Matlab, real deals kahan mil rahi hain? AWO projects mein bhi negotiation ka scope hota hai kya? Change my mind.

Totally agree! Brokers toh bas pressure cooker bana dete hain. I've been looking in Sector 29 and nearby for a 2BHK and the prices are just stagnant, not really going up like they claim. Some projects are even offering 'limited time discounts' which feels more like a price correction in disguise.

Sahi keh rahe ho. Ek project mein toh they were ready to drop 5-7 lakhs just to close the deal.
