My landlord just hiked the rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge and looking to buy in Gurgaon. Fed up of renting, honestly. I'm checking out Mahira Homes 88B, and trying to figure out the real construction quality. Brochure mein toh sab acha lagta hai, but investor perspective se, how do you guys check for potential issues during site visits? I'm talking about things that affect resale value or future maintenance costs. Like, what specific signs should I look for in an under-construction site for things like seepage ya bad fitting quality? Not sure if those fancy amenities like a huge clubhouse actually attract good tenants or just add to the maintenance burden without much ROI. Any hacks for spotting these red flags early?

Mahira Homes? Bhai, be very careful. Their previous project in Baharampur Naya had
Totally get the rent hike frustration! Same boat here. Mahira Homes 88B at ₹28L sounds tempting, but my biggest fear is getting stuck with a lemon. Brochure pe toh sab chamakta hai, but real quality ka kya? I'm worried about resale value if the construction is shoddy. Any signs during a site visit for plumbing issues or bad wiring? And those clubhouses, are they just maintenance traps?
