Gurgaon investors, what's the real construction quality like after a few years?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, thinking of upgrading my 2BHK. It's frustrating seeing how construction quality often just doesn't match the brochure. I'm looking at places like Vohra Luxury Builder Floors 9, but I'm worried about long-term issues like seepage or cheap fittings affecting resale value. As an investor, I need to know if paying a premium for 'good' construction actually holds up, or if maintenance costs become a nightmare. Does anyone here have real-world experience with builder quality after 2-3 years? What should I really be checking during site visits that impacts ROI?

Hey everyone, I'm seriously looking at Vohra Luxury Builder Floors 9 in Gurgaon, it's a 3 Cr investment for an upgrade from my 2BHK. The brochures look amazing, but I'm super nervous about the actual construction quality holding up. I've seen so many horror stories about seepage, cheap fittings, and maintenance nightmares after just 2-3 years. As a first-time investor, I need to know if this premium price actually guarantees long-term quality or if it's just a fancy name. What should I specifically check during site visits that impacts ROI in the long run? Any real-world
