I've heard stories about slow response times and frequent breakdowns in other projects. Does this affect tenant retention? Aur maintenance charges mein kya actual service milti hai for lifts? Is it value for money, ya bas bill badhta jaata hai?

Bhai, you've hit the nail on the head! This is exactly my concern too. I'm looking at properties near Airport Road and every site visit, I'm checking the lift speed like crazy. Agar lift baar baar band hoti hai, toh kaun rukega?
Totally agree! My cousin's society in Baharampur Naya has ancient lifts, tenants always complain. It's a dealbreaker.
