Kya kisi ne loan ke tax benefits properly calculate kiye the before buying in Gurgaon? Just got possession in Sector 82 with Godrej Properties, aur abhi pata chala Section 24 and 80C ka real impact. My EMI was around ₹1.5L. But interest component pe tax saving is huge, especially for 3BHKs in areas like Golf Course Extension. Nobody told me this in detail. It makes the actual cost much more manageable. What other tax hacks are people using? Hope this helps someone.
