Since 2019 I've been eyeing upgrades from my current 2BHK in Sector 57. Thinking of a 3BHK, maybe a villa. Been looking at DLF Park Place and M3M St Andrews. Both are completed, which I prefer. M3M St Andrews ka price bahut high hai compared to DLF Park Place. Is that huge premium justified for 5-year appreciation, ya DLF will give better ROI? Floor plans ki quality aur usable space kisme zyada hai? Resale market mein kiska track record better hai?
