Gurgaon maintenance charges are a total scam
Visited Alton Tatva Estates last week, and honestly, amenities looked great. But yaar, everyone glorifies fancy clubhouses, nobody talks about the maintenance charges. It's like a never-ending EMI post-possession, no? Is it just me or do these high charges barely cover actual service? Affects ROI big time. Change my mind.

Totally agree! Alton Tatva Estates ka brochure dekh ke lagta hai sab gold plated hai, but maintenance ka bill dekh ke darr lagta hai. Is it really worth it for a first-time buyer like me? Meri budget toh already stretched hai.
Haan bilkul! Ek toh itna high price range ₹95 L se shuru, upar se maintenance alag se. Tension ho jaati hai.
