Gurgaon maintenance charges are a total scam – change my mind.

Honestly not sure why everyone ignores the actual cost of living here once you move in. Just moved into JMS Prime Land a few months back, and the maintenance charges are insane for the service we get. Elevator breakdown response time is a joke; it's slow and common. We pay for full power backup but it's only common areas sometimes. Is this the norm across Gurgaon? It feels like a rip-off.
