Kya Gurgaon mein real negotiation abhi bhi possible hai, especially for a 2BHK in areas like Sector 110? I'm looking at some projects, maybe even from SAP Global, and they're quoting around ₹1.8 Cr for a 2BHK. I work in real estate myself, so I know builders ka game, but for my own buy, I want to be super careful. I'm trying to figure out if that 5-7% spot discount they sometimes offer is the max, yaar. Ya can we push for more, especially on the 'no price drop' policy projects? Also, what are the hidden charges jo possession ke time pe aate hain? I'm talking about stuff jo brochure mein nahi hota. Any recent experiences with this? I just don't want any surprises later.

Totally feel you, OP! I was looking at a similar 2BHK in Badshahpur last year, and even there, negotiation was next to impossible. Market abhi bhi garam hai
Bhai, negotiation in Gurgaon for 2BHK is a myth now, especially at ₹1.8 Cr. Builders know the demand. 5-7% is probably their max. Hidden charges toh pakka aate hain, usually related to maintenance advance, club membership, or even parking jo pehle nahi batate.
