Gurgaon mein 3BHK upgrade ke liye kya price sahi hai?

Been looking for 6 months now for an upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of a 3BHK ya maybe a small villa in SPR ya Dwarka Expressway. Builders like M3M and Godrej ke projects dekh raha hoon. Prices toh bahut high lag rahe hain, especially for a 3BHK around ₹2-3 Cr. Already have a home loan, toh ek aur EMI ka sochna pad raha hai. Kya ye sahi time hai to upgrade, ya prices thoda correction ka wait karna chahiye? Is the premium justified for 2026-27? Any thoughts?

Bhai, same boat! ₹2-3 Cr for a 3BHK in SPR, that too for 2026-27 possession, sounds crazy. Kya yeh price bubble hai? I'm also looking for an upgrade near Dwarka Expressway, but builders are quoting insane amounts. Lagta hai wait karna hi padega.

Bubble toh nahi lagta, but demand bahut zyada hai. Especially after COVID, log bigger homes chahte hain. Par haan, prices are definitely at an all-time high.
