Gurgaon builders are acting like prices are non-negotiable, but I refuse to believe it. Fed up of renting, I'm finally looking to buy around Sector 28. Satya Developers ke projects bhi dekhe hain. Kya builder se actually price negotiate kar sakte hain? Kitna realistic margin hota hai? Aur possession ke time kya hidden charges aate hain? Extra PLC, maintenance deposit, kitna add ho jaata hai? Investor view se advice chahiye.
