My lease ends in 3 months and honestly, I'm just fed up of renting in Gurgaon now. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge for a 2BHK. I'm looking at some projects around Institutional Area, maybe even some resale options. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr max. My main question is, Gurgaon mein negotiation ka kya scene hai? Builders like Parsvnath, do they actually budge on price, ya they're fixed? Kitna realistically expect kar sakte hain to knock off on the listed price? Aur kya hidden charges hote hain jo last minute mein aate hain? Stamp duty, registration ke alawa aur kya expect karu for the 'all-in' cost? Thinking of a direct builder deal vs. secondary market. What does the community think?

Bhai, same boat! Rent se toh sab tang hain. Negotiation ka scene Gurgaon mein bahut tough hai, especially with big builders like Parsvnath. They rarely budge much, maybe 1-2% max if you're lucky, and that too on some specific units ya during festive offers. Institutional Area mein toh demand high hai, so aur bhi mushkil. Resale mein thoda scope mil sakta hai.
