Gurgaon mein post-purchase anxiety normal hai kya?

Since I got possession in March for my 3BHK in Sector 102, I'm constantly wondering if I bought at the right time. Prices seem to have jumped even more, especially with Dwarka Expressway nearing completion. My Tribeca apartment's maintenance charges are also higher than expected, around ₹8k every month. Yaar, sometimes I feel like I paid premium for a rapidly appreciating area but now it's just about holding. Has anyone else felt this post-purchase anxiety in Gurgaon? Is this normal for new residents?
