Gurgaon mein price bubble kab phatega?

Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. My 2BHK in Sector 65 feels small, thinking 3BHK upgrade. But Gurgaon prices? Lagta hai bubble fatne wala hai, especially Golf Course Ext Road. Change my mind.

Totally agree bhai! Golf Course Extension Road pe prices are just insane now. I was looking for a 3BHK near Sector 70-72 a year ago, it was around 1.5 Cr, now it's touching 2.2-2.5 Cr for similar configuration. Mera budget toh pura hil gaya hai. Lagta hai rukna hi padega ya phir Badshahpur ke aage dekhna padega. Kya karein yaar?
