Gurgaon mein rent vs buy ka real math kya hai?
Rent vs buy calculations in Gurgaon always seemed so tricky to me until I actually bought a place. Just moved into my 3BHK on Golf Course Ext. Road last month, M3M ka project hai. My EMI is like ₹1.8L and rent for a similar place was ₹65k. Log kehte the rent is dead money, but ab lag raha EMI ka burden kitna zyada hai. Is this normal? What were your real costs after buying? Like, OC charge, maintenance, registration sab mila ke, does the math actually work out in the long run? Ya I just jumped the gun?
