Institutional Area mein Golden Housing Land Developers LLP ka ek project dekha tha. Broker ne initial quote diya, but jab final figures dekhe, toh super area ka calculation totally different laga. Matlab, brochure mein kuch aur, actual carpet area ke hisaab se bahut zyada fark. My calculation for a 3BHK was around ₹2.2 Cr, but all-in costs with PLC and maintenance came close to ₹2.6 Cr. Is this super area trap common in Gurgaon? Kaise confirm karein ki builder sahi numbers de raha hai before booking? Yaar, ROI pe seedha impact aata hai.

Bhai, yeh super area ka chakkar toh Gurgaon mein standard ho gaya hai. Builder hamesha final cost mein inflate karte hain.
