Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 56. Honestly, these builders, like SHF Square LLP, think we're fools. They quote ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK, then offer a "spot discount" that barely covers PLC or parking. Are real price negotiations on the base rate even possible in Gurgaon, or are we just playing their game? Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally feel you! Sector 56 mein toh builders ka yahi haal hai. They show you a 'deal' but it's just them shuffling numbers. Base price pe toh baat hi nahi karte. Matlab, itna high quoted price, upar se yeh drama! Kya karein, bhai?
