Gurgaon new flat reality check — brochure vs actual experience

Okay I thought I did my homework properly, but after moving into Silverglades Hightown Residences last month, I'm honestly a bit confused. The brochure mein jo amenities dikhayi thi, like the huge clubhouse and sports facilities, they looked amazing. But abhi, they feel so underutilized, almost like ghost facilities. Is this normal? And maintenance charges toh kaafi high hain, but services kaafi basic lag rahi hain. Like, common area cleaning theek hai, but security guards ka response time... not sure. Kya sab projects mein aisa hi hota hai? How do you guys deal with the gap between brochure promises and actual on-ground reality? Any advice on what to expect long-term for maintenance vs service quality? Should I escalate this with the RWA?
