₹2.2 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 49 feels steep. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, you know? Looking at Bricksquare Developers, I'm trying to get a real handle on negotiation. How much can you realistically knock off the quoted price in Gurgaon these days? Also, beyond stamp duty and registration, what hidden charges only pop up at possession? Things like OC, maintenance corpus, power backup... I want to factor the true all-in cost. What are others seeing?
