Gurgaon new project negotiation is not a myth.
Since last Diwali, I've been eyeing 2BHKs around Dwarka Expressway, maybe near Sarhol. Everyone says negotiation is dead in Gurgaon, especially with builders like TARC Limited, but I don't buy it. Meri savings kaafi hai, but not unlimited, aur ₹1.5 Cr for a 2BHK is a lot. Parents keh rahe hain ki secondary market mein better deal milti hai, but I feel wahan hidden costs aur paperwork ka zyada jhanjhat hai. Naye projects mein bhi PLC aur possession ke time pata nahi kya-kya charges add hote hain. Is it possible to actually knock off 5-10% from the listed price? Ya builders ka 'no-discount' policy pakka hota hai? Secondary market mein negotiation ka kya scene hai? Honestly, I feel direct builder se zyada transparency hoti hai. Disagree? Tell me why.
