Did a site visit to Ansal Valley View Estate on Saturday. Honestly, parking ka scene bahut confusing laga. Developers promise great amenities but nobody talks about the actual parking allocation. Is it fair to expect a lottery system for something so basic? My parents always say ek car toh fix honi chahiye, especially in Gurgaon. It feels like a big gamble. Kya ye sab projects mein common hai, ya Ansal mein hi aisa hai? Should I push for a reserved spot? Disagree? Tell me why.

Bhai, Ansal ka track record waise bhi mixed hai. Mera ek relative ne bhi Ansal ke project mein invest kiya tha Baharampur Naya mein, possession mein bhi issues aaye the. Parking toh chodo, clear title ka bhi darr rehta hai sometimes. Be careful
Ansal Valley View Estate is a completed project. Most likely it's a pre-RERA project, which means they might not have had strict parking allocation rules back then. That's why the lottery system is common for older, completed developments, but new ones are clearer.
Totally agree with you! My cousin faced this in a project near Airport Road too. It's a mess, they had to pay extra later.
