Gurgaon payment plans: Did I miss a trick with CLP?
Okay, I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing payment plans can be. Just moved into my 3BHK in Sector 60, Solutrean project, possession was in March. I went for a construction-linked plan, thinking it's safer, but yaar, the cash flow management was a headache. Wish I'd pushed harder for a bigger spot discount upfront instead. Builder ke log bolte hain no-price-drop policy, but I'm sure if I had offered a lump sum, kuch toh milta. My neighbour got a good deal on a 2BHK, apparently because he paid almost 50% down payment. Also, this super area vs carpet area difference is real. My 1600 sqft flat feels way smaller, sab common areas mein chala gaya. Has anyone else felt like CLP isn't always the best for investors? Should I have gone for a higher down payment for better leverage?
