Visited SARE Homes in Sector 20 last weekend. Construction-linked payment plans feel like a complete scam for investors. Isn't 100% down payment always better for negotiation? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the sentiment! Construction-linked plans sound good on paper but builder delays make them a nightmare. You end up paying EMIs for a house that's nowhere near ready. My friends who bought in Sector 83 are still regretting their CLP decision. It's like paying for a ghost project.
