Did a site visit to some projects near Pataudi Road this weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector X, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. Prices seem a bit high for the location, honestly. Are those quoted prices negotiable, or is that the reality now? Also, how's the traffic during peak hours getting out of there? What's the water situation like, mostly borewell or municipal supply?
