Gurgaon PLC is a scam, change my mind.

Bhai, you are not alone! Global Horizon ka nahi pata, but I was checking out a project near Badshahpur and the PLC charges for a decent floor were insane. Like, they were adding almost 10% extra just for a slightly better view. Does anyone actually recover this premium when they sell later? It feels like builders are just minting money on these 'preferential' locations within their own project. Meri toh budget ki band baj gayi thi.
